🎁 Holiday Return Window

For gifts ordered between November 16 and December 16, we’ve extended our return window. You have until January 16 to start a return.

📦 General Return Policy

If you’re not 100% happy with your Okey Dokeys product, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to start a return. Items must be unused and in original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any duties or customs fees for international returns.

To start a return, please email us at welcome@okeydokeys.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at welcome@okeydokeys.com. We’ll make it right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

All digital pattern sales are final. Once purchased, digital products are non-refundable.
