📦 General Return Policy
If you’re not 100% happy with your Okey Dokeys product, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to start a return
for physical items if they aren't opened. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are your responsibility.
To start a return, email us at
welcome@okeydokeys.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Please don’t send items back without contacting us first—unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed
to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If your order arrives with any issues—whether it’s defective, damaged, or the wrong item—please contact us right away at

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
All pattern sales are final. Once you complete checkout, no refunds are available for digital pattern purchases.
